How much are your services?

• Individual Therapy Session (50 Minutes) - $150

Do you accept sliding scale clients?

Yes! I have limited availability but please inquire when you reach out if you are in need of services at a lower rate.

Do you take insurance?

At Hive Therapy Collective, we are in-network with Aetna Insurance. If you do not have Aetna, I can provide you with a superbill. Superbilling can be used as form of payment when seeing out-of-network (OON) healthcare providers for PPO insurance plans. You pay my full cash fee ($150), I provide you with a receipt (superbill) for the amount paid, and you submit this to your insurance for reimbursement. 

 

Prior to requesting a superbill, confirm you qualify for reimbursement by asking your insurance provider the following: 

 

• Does my insurance plan provide reimbursement for out-of-network outpatient mental health services? If so, how much/what percentage does my plan reimburse for? 

• Does my plan cover telehealth sessions? 

• How do I submit claim forms (superbill) for reimbursement?

Please Note: 

• Insurance companies require a DSM-5 diagnosis, which remains on your medical records.

• Insurance companies have the right to view confidential session notes to determine coverage.
