Couples Counseling:

Romantic Couple

Coming to couples therapy can feel like coming to a fork in the road: we either continue as is or change and move forward. This is the space to process challenges in your relationship, fortify areas of strength, and collaborate to bring your ideal relationship to fruition. In this space we may work on:

  • Improving Healthy Communication

  • Identifying areas of codepency

  • Exploring Attachment Styles

  • Reflecting on Family History & Personal Identity

  • Conflict Resolution

Adolescent Therapy:

Attempting to understand what your child is going through can be a challenging, and often painful process. You worry for your child as they may be struggling academically, socially, and/or emotionally. I can provide a caring space and fresh perspective on your child's struggles through a therapeutic lens. I will offer you guidance on how to best support your child during this period as well. In my office, I will employ evidence-based techniques to address issues such as:

  • Social Anxiety

  • Social Media & Peer Pressure

  • Academic Stress

  • Perfectionism

  • Depression

  • College Admissions Process

Family Therapy:

Mother and Daughter Love

The family system is an emotional unit in which each member plays a key role in the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of one another. Changes within the family system such as children growing up, a new marriage, the passing of a loved one, etc. all deeply impact the family unit. Heightened tension within the family system affects emotional connectedness and ultimately negatively alters family functioning. Through our work together we will address:

  • Communication Strategies

  • Recognizing Intergenerational Patterns

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Setting Healthy Boundaries

  • Grief & Loss
